NHM UP CHO Eligibility Criteria 2024
- Candidates who have completed a B.Sc. (Nursing) or Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) with the integrated curriculum of a Certificate in Community Health for Nurses (CCHN) from an Indian Nursing Council shall be eligible to apply.
- Candidates must be registered in UP or other State Nursing Councils (few conditions), as Nurses and midwives are also eligible to apply. Check all conditions on the official notification.
- If you work as a CHO in Uttar Pradesh, then you cannot apply.
NHM UP CHO Age Limit: 21-40 years(age as of 7 February 2024), 5 Years (OBC, SC, ST), 15 Years for Persons with Disabilities candidate, 3 Years + Periods of service rendered in the Army for the Emergency Commissioned Officers / Short Service Commissioned Officers / Ex-Army Personnel of U.P.
Selection Process: Selection for this recruitment process is based on merit and percentage of total marks in High School and intermediate along with B.Sc. (Nursing) /Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) Examination and COVID Experience weightage.
Weightage of Marks for Merit (Out of 85): For 10th: 17%, For 12th: 17% and For aggregate of integrated CCHN B.Sc. /PB B.Sc. Nursing: 51%.
