Essential Eligibility Criteria
Professor: For both Super-specialty and speciality subjects, you must have a recognized postgraduate qualification, e.g., MD/MS. 11-14 years of work experience required. For details, check the official notification. Dental/Nursing/Physiotherapy college experience would not be considered.
Additional Professor: Education requirements are the same as the professor. However, you require a shorter working duration of 7 to 10 years. Associate Professor required further less than 3 to 6 years. In the case of an Assistant Professor, you need 3 years of teaching/research experience in the speciality.
